14. Coordination must be maintained

(1) The commission will coordinate with the relevant ministry, commission or secretariat while formulating, monitoring and evaluating the plan and deciding its strategy.
(2) While formulating, monitoring and evaluating the plan, the commission may coordinate with national and international and private organizations related to local bodies.
